Where to find us
Our office is on St Mary's Road in Newton Schoenbury, a short walk from the town centre. Street parking is available, and the nearest bus stop is a two-minute walk south on High Street. If you are driving from Belfast, take the M1 westbound and follow signs for Newton Schoenbury after junction 9. The trip takes roughly 50 minutes in normal traffic.
We welcome in-person meetings, but most of our initial consultations happen over video call. When you get in touch, let us know your preference and we will set up whichever format works best for you.

It depends on scope, but our proof-of-concept phase usually falls between £8,000 and £15,000. Full production builds range from £25,000 to £80,000 depending on the number of data sources, model complexity, and integration requirements. We quote a fixed price for every phase before work begins, so there are no surprises.
No. We handle the entire pipeline from data preparation to deployment. If you want to bring maintenance in-house later, we offer a two-day handover workshop where we walk your developers through the codebase, retraining scripts, and monitoring setup. Several clients have successfully taken over their models after six months of joint operation.
We work with CSV exports, SQL databases, REST APIs, and even scanned PDFs (we use OCR to extract structured data). During the discovery phase we assess what you have, identify gaps, and recommend the cheapest way to fill them. Sometimes a simple change to an existing form or spreadsheet is all it takes.
The proof-of-concept phase takes three weeks from data handover to a working demo. After approval, the production build adds another four to eight weeks depending on integration complexity. You will have a staging environment to test against within the first fortnight of the production phase.
All data is stored on encrypted servers in the United Kingdom. We sign a data processing agreement before receiving any files, and we delete raw data within 30 days of project completion unless you ask us to keep it for retraining. Our team holds Cyber Essentials Plus certification, and we carry professional indemnity insurance up to £2 million.
